HELLO!
This page is dedicated to my baby, Matthew Blake Molnar He was born on May 2nd, 1998, and he weighed 6lbs, 9.2oz and was 21in long. I am a stay at home mom for now, so I have only been away from him a few times to give me a break.
I had planned to give birth in a Birthing Center, assisted by a Midwife and an RN, but instead I had to spend 2 days at the hospital as they tried to induce labor. Unfortunately it didn't work and they had to do a C-section. I was only in the hospital 2 1/2 days after the birth, but was in pain for weeks.
I breastfed matthew exclusively until he was 3 months old. For some reason he was no longer satisfied with the breastmilk, so I had to supplement with formula, and he decided to wean himself on to the bottle. I miss breastfeeding, but if Matthew is happier on the bottle, thats the way it must be.
Matthew is a very sweet and happy baby, always ready to smile and laugh. He started on solids at 4 months and has done well. He loves sweet potatoes, squash, applesauce, and yogurt, among others, but he could do without carrots and bananas. He even loves teething biscuits, and at 5 1/2 months could feed himself one!
Not quite 6 months old, and he can roll over, both from stomach to back, and from back to stomach. He can even sit up on his own, and is already trying to stand up before he can even crawl! He sure is a wonderful baby.
I decided that I must share my little cutie with the entire world, since I already share alot of myself. Here are some pictures.
Matthew when he was brand new, only a week old!
Doesn't he look so cute?
Here he is sleeping with his favorite teddy that he picked out himself. I know, he is training me early, but when I saw how much he liked it I just had to buy it for him.
His favorite thing to eat? Finger food!
One day he discovered that he had a hand, and watched it move for a while.
Occasionally he realizes that something is watching him, and gazes curiously at the camera.
Thats my baby, he's worth everything to me! Look at that hundred dollar smile!
